Horizon High School Ministry strives to be a place where students in 9th-12th grade can come and experience Jesus in a real and fresh way. Whether you are a devoted follower of Christ or someone who is not quite sure about this whole God thing….this is a place for you. We love to have fun and get crazy and we love to get serious about what it really means to follow Jesus. So grab a friend and come hang out and check us out!

On-going Activities

Sunday Morning

At 9:45 we hang out and sit together in “Big Church” in the front rows on the right side.

High School Group

  • “BIG GROUP” meets together at the Fairway Campus on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of every month from 6-8 pm. This is the best place to come or bring a friend that is just checkin’ out this “church thing”. Time for hang out, interaction, worship and teaching.
  • “Small Groups” meets the 1st and 3rd Sundays every month at the Fairway Campus from 6 pm to 8 pm. We break into 4 groups , Junior/Senior guys, Junior/Senior girls, Freshman/Sophomore guys and Freshman/Sophomore girls. This is a time to get deeper into relationships and what it means to be a Follower of Jesus.

Refuge

Once a month we get together at various locations to spend time worshiping with a guitar and sharing life stories and challenges. This is a time for students who are committed to deepening their relationship with Jesus and others.

The Core

Meets twice a month after school. This is a time for digging deeper into the Bible and is open for discussions about difficult or confusing topics of God.

Salvation Army Lodi

The second Tuesday of every month we go to The Salvation Army and help serve a meal to the needy and homeless.

Winter Getaway – Weekend in January
Hume Lake - Week long summer camp at the end of June.
Mexico Mission – Week long mission trip building homes and doing VBS. Middle of July.
